The Vista Room
Enjoy a relaxed and elevated dining experience in the clubhouse. The Vista Room is our main dining venue, serving breakfast on weekends, as well as lunch and dinner throughout the week. With its soaring vaulted ceilings and expansive windows, it offers stunning panoramic views of the golf course—creating the perfect backdrop for any meal.Members and their guests can also enjoy a full-service menu that features regularly rotating specials, crafted with seasonal ingredients. Lucky's Bar and Grill
Located on the lower level of the clubhouse, Lucky’s Bar & Grill offers a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for members and their guests ages 21 and over. It’s the perfect spot to catch the big game, cheer on your favorite team, or unwind after a round of golf. Known for its exceptional service and casual fare, Lucky’s is also a favorite gathering place for a friendly hand of cards or a laid-back drink with friends. Whether you're celebrating a win or just kicking back, Lucky’s is where good times and great company come together.
Board Room
Willamette Valley’s Board Room is an ideal location for business meetings and/or intimate parties. This room can comfortably accommodate up to 18 people for either a business meeting, seated dinner or cocktail style gathering. The Willamette Valley Board Room is available on a first come, first serve basis to our members at no cost. Grandview Ballroom
Located within our clubhouse, the Grandview Ballroom is an exceptional venue for hosting a wide variety of events—including wedding receptions, celebrations of life, class reunions, holiday parties, and our signature club gatherings. With sweeping views of the scenic golf course, the ballroom offers a beautiful backdrop and an elegant ambiance. Its retractable wall allows for versatile room configurations, making it ideal for both intimate gatherings and larger events, accommodating anywhere from 20 to 192 guests with ease.
Front Lawn
The Front Lawn of WVCC, is an ideal wedding ceremony site. The beautifully manicured lawns and majestic Douglas Firs provide lovely scenery and adequate shade during the summer months. Weekend dates fill up fast. Contact the WVCC Events Coordinator for availability.
Champions Room
The Champions Room is located on the lower level of the clubhouse, offering scenic views of the patio and practice facilities. This flexible space is perfect for member to enjoy a meal, play board games, or gather with friends. It also serves as an ideal setting for meetings or private events, accommodating up to 25 people. With Wi-Fi access available, it’s also a great spot for members to work or relax before their round of golf

Step outside and enjoy the best of spring and summer at WVCC’s vibrant outdoor Patio. Nestled just beyond the Champions Room and Lucky’s Lounge, the Patio offers stunning views of the golf course, creating the perfect backdrop for casual dining and refreshing cocktails. With its relaxed, social atmosphere, it's the ideal spot to unwind, connect with fellow members, and soak in the beauty of the club. No reservations needed—seating is first come, first serve. Whether you're stopping by after a round or just looking for a laid-back evening, the Patio is the place to be.
New Era Rec Center
The New Era Rec Center is more than just a fitness complex — it's a place where wellness, community, and comfort come together. Inside, you'll find a fitness studio, a fully equipped gym, locker rooms, and a comfortable lobby. We also offer a quiet library and study room for those who want to focus or unwind in a peaceful setting. A certified trainer is available to help you reach your fitness goals, and complimentary WiFi allows you to work or relax in a beautiful, inspiring environment.Step outside to our resort-style heated swimming pool and hot tub, perfect for relaxing or getting in some laps. Lifeguards are on duty throughout the summer, and members are welcome to bring guests for a small fee. Poolside food and beverage service is also available to enhance your experience.
